The Administrative Officer maintains contact with all RHA members, keeps track of meeting minutes and attendence. He/she also maintains all files with other organizations and serves as the office manager for the Executive Offices of the RHA. The Admin. Officer shall also be the the liaison between the information arm of the RHA, the Voice Newspaper, and the RHA Executive Cabinet.

The Chief Informations Officer, is the internal communicator of RHA. His/her responsibilities include maintaining membership records for the organization, and acting as webmaster for MarylandRHA.com and the Hall/Area Of the Semester (HOTS)Database, moderator of the list serve, and is in charge of the overall image of the RHA. The Comm. Officer shall oversee the Offices of Communications and Technology and will coordinate the efforts of the RHA Area Coordinators.

RHA Finance Officer

The Finance Officer oversees the financial concerns of RHA. In addition to managing the funds of RHA, the treasurer is required to update all members on the budget and file for additional funds through the Student Government. He/She is also the manager of all funding projects.

The Communications Officer is the representative to the NACURH, RHA's National Affiliate, and CAACURH, RHA's Regional Affiliate. The Communications Chair is also responsible for assisting in any special event projects held by RHA. The NCC shall also be the the liaison between the recognition arm of the RHA, the UMCP Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary, and the RHA Executive Cabinet.

RHA PR/Outreach Officer

The Public Relations and Outreach Officer serves as the coordinator of all Association relations with media both print and non-print. The PR and Outreach Officer serves as coordinator of the constituency outreach and also recruitment and retention of members. The PR and Outreach shall oversee the Offices of Public Relations and Outreach and coordinate the efforts of the RHA PR/Outreach Committee.

The SGO (Student Groups and Organizations) Liaison maintains communications with other Student Governments, Campus Senate as well as acting as a designate for the President with other student organizations on campus. The SGO Liaison shall advise the Executive Cabinet on matters concerning other student groups. The SGO shall head up the Offices of the Student Groups and Organizations and oversee the departmental and organization liaisons.
